How it works
1. Call Us
You will be connected with a state licensed hearing care provider. During your call, the provider will ask you about your hearing difficulties and some health questions. The provider will go over your insurance benefits, answer any questions you have and schedule your evaluation.
2. Get Evaluated
During your evaluation a thorough examination of your ears and a comprehensive hearing evaluation will be performed. The results of the exam will be completely explained. If you are hearing aid candidate, your best treatment options will be discussed.
3. Choose Devices
A hearing aid type and technology level will be recommended based on all of the results of your evaluation. Ultimately, it is up to you to choose the type of hearing aid that best fits your lifestyle and budget. After selection, paperwork will be completed and your order placed.
4. Take Delivery
On the day of delivery, your new hearing aids will be custom programed by your provider with your new prescription. Adjustments will be made to ensure your comfort and for the best sound experience possible. The use and care of the devices will be thoroughly explained.
5. Follow-up Care
After delivery, it will take time for you get used to your new devices. We will schedule you for routine follow-up visits in order to make adjustments, perform maintenance, update firmware and to answer any questions. We offer both in-person and remote care options.
