Amplifon partners with insurers and benefit administrators to streamline hearing care access. As an in-network provider, Hear Florida handles benefit verification, pricing translation, and delivers your hearing care needs.

Amplifon Program Benefit Package

• Discounted rates on hearing aids & diagnostic services
• Sixty (60) day trial period for hearing aids
• Three (3) year repair warranty on hearing aids (some exclusions apply)
• Three (3) year loss & damage coverage (some exclusions apply)
• One (1) time loss & damage coverage (replacement fee applies)
• One (1) year of professional service from the provider
• Two (2) year free batteries mailed by Amplifon or one free charger
• Financing options via Amplifon vendor partner (with or without interest) for qualified individuals
• First earmold included with BTE, open BTE, RIC devices

Batteries for New Hearing Aids

At dispensing, Amplifon provides one battery package. After completing the Amplifon Final Authorization form and manufacturer packing slip, Amplifon mails 80 cells per aid. Patients should bring a package to their appointment.

Replacement Batteries

Amplifon provides replacement batteries directly. Contact Amplifon when you need new ones.

Initial Appointment

At your first visit, a Hear Florida™ licensed specialist will perform testing and evaluations to recommend the best hearing solution. Exam fees, co-pays, and collection procedures depend on your Amplifon plan eligibility.

• FSA / HSA Funds: Use pre-tax dollars for hearing care (note: many FSAs expire annually)
• Financing Options: Amplifon vendor partner offers payment plans, interest-free where qualified
