- What does the 60-day evaluation period mean?
- You can try recommended hearing aids for 60 days. If they aren’t a fit, you can exchange or return them within the program guidelines.
- Is follow-up care included?
- Yes. HCS includes one year of follow-up care with your original provider. Additional service plans are available as needed.
- Does the 3-year warranty include loss and damage?
- Yes. The manufacturer warranty covers loss, damage, and repair. Deductibles may apply depending on your plan and device.
