Joseph Philactos, BC-HIS, LPN

Hearing Care Practitioner

Joseph is a Nationally Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who began his healthcare career in 2010 after a successful business career. Inspired by how hearing loss impacted his nursing patients, he became a Hearing Instrument Specialist in 2012. Over the years, he’s earned multiple awards for excellence in hearing care and, in 2025, founded his Hear Florida offices to provide exceptional service across the community. Joseph is passionate about helping people reconnect through better hearing and improving their quality of life. Outside the office, he enjoys long walks, biking, swimming, and time with his wife, three children, grandchildren, and family dog, Lincoln.

Robyn Philactos, HAST, BA

Hearing Care Practitioner Intern

Robyn is a Hearing Care Practitioner Intern and assists with daily operations. After years of working in marketing and sales, she chose to dive fully into the healthcare field. In 2025, she earned a certificate in Holistic Health Coaching and began interning to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Robyn is excited about entering the field of hearing care and helping people improve their lives. When she isn't working, she's an avid reader and enjoys spending time soaking up the sun at her home in Babcock Ranch. She also enjoys being with her fiancé, Bobby, and their dog, Banjo.
