Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship hearing aid accessories and maintenance supplies within the United States.

Shippable products include:

Hearing Aid Purchases

Hearing aids are not available for shipping through our website at this time.

All hearing aid purchases must be:

  • Delivered directly by a licensed provider during a scheduled appointment

This helps ensure proper fitting, programming, and follow-up care.

Hear Florida is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
