Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hear Florida, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because many of our products are healthcare-related accessories and hygiene items, we maintain a clear and fair returns policy to ensure safety and product integrity.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:

  • Hearing aid wax guards/wax filters
  • Hearing aid domes
  • Cleaning wipes and disinfecting cloths (opened or used)
  • Tubing or components that have been used or fitted
  • Any consumable or single-patient-use accessories

These items are considered final sale once opened or used.

Returnable Items

The following items may be eligible for return if they are unused and in original packaging:

  • Hearing aid chargers (unused)
  • TV streamers and accessories
  • Drying kits and dehumidifiers (unused)
  • Sealed accessory kits
  • Incorrect items received due to fulfillment error

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund or store credit, depending on the situation

We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work to resolve issues quickly.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item sent by Hear Florida

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Hearing Aids

Hearing aids are not eligible for shipping or online returns, as they require in-person fitting, programming, and follow-up care.

All hearing aid services and purchases are handled directly through our clinic locations.
