Yes! ReSound Savi 2 hearing aids connect via Bluetooth, so you can take phone calls hands-free and stream music, podcasts, and other audio directly from most iPhone and Android devices. How often can my hearing aids get adjusted by a licensed professional?

You can have your ReSound Savi 2 hearing aids adjusted as often as needed. Most customers receive fine-tuning within the first six weeks after their initial fitting. Afterwards, Hear Florida recommends quarterly in-person check-ups, along with a complete hearing evaluation on the purchase anniversary date. Our licensed professionals are available in person to keep your hearing aids performing their best.

How long is the coverage for the Savi 2 sold through Hear Florida?

Every ReSound Savi 2 hearing aid purchased through HearFlorida comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for repairs and 2-year coverage for loss or damage (a small deductible applies). Hear Florida also includes in-person support for the first year, covering adjustments, cleaning, and counseling. After the first year, ongoing service is available for a nominal fee or insurance co-pay, so you can continue receiving expert care whenever you need it.

Do I need a compatible smartphone or tablet?

Yes. To take full advantage of Bluetooth streaming and app controls, you’ll need a compatible smartphone or tablet. The ReSound Savi 2 works with most modern iPhone and Android devices that support Bluetooth Low Energy (LE). If you don’t use a smartphone, the hearing aids will still work normally for amplification, but you won’t be able to adjust settings through the app or stream calls and media directly.

Yes. In addition to in-person care, Hear Florida offers Telehealth appointments with licensed hearing professionals. This allows you to get help with adjustments, counseling, and troubleshooting from the comfort of your home.
